Own automation strategy across Rewst and NinjaOne, moved documentation from ITBoost to Hudu, and generally automate the automations.
Owned ConnectWise Automate, ConnectWise Control, and SentinelOne; built PowerShell Core modules against the DNSFilter and QuickPass APIs, stood up SAML/OIDC SSO (including a custom NGINX + Azure AD setup), and led the move from Hybrid Azure AD join to pure Azure AD join.
Owned ConnectWise Automate and Perch (multi-tenant SIEM), scripted M365 management and monitoring, and ran an on-prem Exchange to M365 migration.
Grew from help desk into project design and implementation; built a bastion host to manage a Raspberry Pi fleet over SSH, ran an FSLogix RDS farm for a healthcare client, and wrote the first PowerShell scripts for managing M365 clients at scale.
